Thats exactly it.
This is a forced change, as Scotty was doing subaruparts.com from the very beginning. Now that he is gone they have no choice left other than changing the way they do things around here. Also I think alot of the changes are going to be things for the better; Things that we wanted to do before but didn't have the time are now necessary.

Your right about taking on two people as well. Not only did Scotty handle all the internet stuff he also helped around the entire parts dept (He happens to be one of the best Subaru guys in the biz...)
