At the OC Car Show in MD over the summer I spent literally like a half hour talking to a WRX owner. He told me that he was a huge fan of the SVX and had never actually seen one before mine.

The only SVX around here is mine, so WRX/STi owners have no clue what it is. Then again, there aren't many of those around here, either.

Don't feel bad, STi owners don't seem to like me either.

I guess I can't blame them though, i'd be pretty mad if I had to stare at the back of my car all the time too

I guess you haven't taken your piece of 50s technology to a track that actually has turns on it recently then or for that matter drive in rain or snow.

Alot of the Impreza guys here are pretty nice, some of them are looking forward to me coming out to a meet so they can see an SVX in real life. Acouple weeks ago I had an older guy in an STi roll his window down at a light at tell me he always loved the SVX. That made me proud.

Don't get me wrong, there are many WRX drivers who appreciate the SVX much like there are many SVX drivers who can appreciate certain WRXes... I just tend to find the jackholes who don't
