Those things are quite cheap compared to the good old push mowers. The one that was at my wife's city house/apartment finally died after 100 or so years and the replacement was one of those. It wasn't even close. I'll bet it'll last 10 years. My lawn is just a little to big for one of those plus it is Zosia grass (which doesn't really grow up but gets sponge like think). I think I'd just have issues with it. Got the lawn mowed last night in the dark. Died 8 or so times and wouldn't restart on the last one (which left only a small area on the side).

I have one of those arround somewhere and I think that engine has the carbureator on top of the gas tank, I read the thread a couple days ago and thought I had the answer, but couldn't remember what it was, maby I'll get a chance to look at mine tomorrow, but I think it is the model with the rubber parts that get hard and don't work properly, basically it is a very simple fuel pump and when the rubber gets just a little stiff the fuel won't pump any more and you are SOL.
