All the old guys on this site will be expecting a paper on "Cures for the 914 vapor lock" after you solve it in about August.

I know someone that put a coupled (four rotor) mazda in a Lotus Super Seven - 600+ hp in 1100lb car. Instant F1 for the street!

Wink

I've never had more than one car at any given time Cars I have had in the past though:

1. 1985 Audi 5000 (first car):

Power windows, locks, seats(heated), steering, mirrors(heated), brakes, antenna.
Am/Fm cassette
15 inch alloys (a real !@#$% to clean)
Power steel sunroof (tilt and slide)
Silver w/ blue interior
4 door sedan (large though not honkin' huge)
110 horsepower(if I remember), In-line 5 cylinder
Great cruising car. I bought it with 74k miles for $3,000. When I sold it it had 147,000 miles and I sold it for $3,000.

2. 1989 Saab 9000 CD Turbo (second car):

Power windows, locks, seats(heated), steering, mirrors(heated),brakes(w/ ABS), antenna.
Pre-amped Am/Fm cassette and CD player w/ 8 speakers
4 door sedan (smaller on the outside compared to the Audi but had more interior space than it. Fantastic aircraft ergonomics on the inside)
15 inch alloys (also a real !@#$% to clean)
Power glass(w/ sliding shade cover) sunroof (tilt and slide)
Dark Grey exterior with dark grey interior
Heated leather w/ adj. lumbar support(most comfortable seats I have ever sat in!!!)
alarm (sounded so coooooool)
Around 160 horsepower, 4 cylinder turbo
Except from a dead stop(turbo lag) the car was extremely fast and handled like a sports car!!!!! On the highway it was more than able to take on V8 Firebirds and other cars comperable to that. Disclaimer: I was young and foolish when I raced on the highway. No viscious attacks please

3. 1994 Subaru SVX LSI(current car):

Bordeaux Pearl w/ 94,000 miles
Best car I have ever owned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love how it attracts all the modded Honda, Acura, Nissan, and Mitsubishi owners. They constantly want to race me when we meet at red lights. I just laugh and go on my merry way when the lights turn green.

I like to think out of the cars I have owned that I have spoiled myself a lil'. Nothing run of the mill for me. I've owned an inline 5, turbo 4, and currently a H6.

B.C.

Let's see, we have 3 cars and 2 people, a very good ratio, always a back up:

1992 SVX LSi (mine!)(108K)
1988 Ranger GT (another rarety, only made 2 yrs, 108K miles, his)
1995 Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition

A few months ago we still had a 1983 Datsun 4x4 king cab pickup for doing dirty work (his).

Historically, in order of having them:
1977 Ford Granada
1976 Ford Granada (V8 power!)
1984 Ford EXP Turbo
1980 Ford Fairmont (believe it or not, this car was stolen from the salvage yard after we got rid of it!)
1991 Subaru Legacy L (fwd)

Dwayne - What's a BMW 1602 & where'd you get it? I saw a lot of BMW 1600 & 1800 4 door sedans when I was in Germany in the mid '60s. I don't remember them ever being sold on this side of the ocean.
Ron.
