What's OBDII Code 0141 Mean?

My check engine light on my 96 has come on, and the OBDII code is 0141, which is "O2 Sensor #2, Heater circuit #1, bank 2" or something like that. I changed out both 02 sensors and the check engine light still comes on. Any ideas of how to fix it? Thanks.

Have you reset your codes?

Try leaving the battery cable disconnected overnight.

I have an OBDII diagnostic code reader which also enables me to erase the codes, but the check engine light keeps coming on every few days or so. So I'd like to fix whatever the problem is.

Significant Technical Input
Disconnecting the battery is rarely a good idea. If there are a multitude of codes I might reccommend it before replacing the ECU, but that's about the only instance.

Notice that the code description stated 'circuit'? That indicates that it probably isn't the sensor itself but rather the wiring/connectors.
