Easy to do, good results, etc... You just have to piece it together yourself and have some tools. However, I am currently making my own MAF-TB piece as well. Since I have a bunch of materials laying around, I'm going to try a slightly different way than Tom's piece. Mine will be 3" all the way to the TB, and will Y and branch off into two 2 1/4" bends directly in front of the throttle body. Not sure what effect this will have, but I'm sure it will at least yield SOME gain. If it doesn't work, I'll just take it off and chalk it up to experience. If it does work, I could maybe make some more. Who knows. I'm in no big rush.
