Yep they would. They need a sample to work from, but he said once they have that they could make an exact replica of everything only higher quality OR if I emailed a couple of other pieces of info they could then calculate what it would take to drop the compression to say, 8.8:1

very cool. There is a ton of info about this in another thread where LAN was thinking of lowering the CR for his kit. But he decided against it. he also had a source for some very good pistons with a good price. Try searching for it

Probably because he is succesfully boosting at 12.5 psi with pump gas and 30* of timing. Doesn't really need it. About the only thing I would change about is kit is to do an intercooler just to be safe. I don't know how that could be done though with the setup he has without opening up the manifold again and doing some sort of A/W intercooller. 12.5 psi is definitly enough boost to warrant an intercooler. I would be curious to see his charge temps.

So are you hinting that if it was IC that more boost is possible? Even at the current 10:1?

no, but the density of the charge would be much greater and thus running cooler and with much more power... I am working on some water injection for my car we speak
