Anyone Ever Deal With Penn Warranty Corporation??
I've got a quick question for everyone... Has anyone ever dealt with the Penn Warranty Corporation for a vehicle warranty on their SVX (or any other car for that matter)?
Let me tell you, if you are considering buying a 3rd party warranty for your car, strongly consider NOT buying a warranty from them. Dealing with this company has easily been the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. My trans has been dead for two months now and the repairs are STILL in dispute. (But I shouldn't worry because my service contract says the trans is 100% covered.... HA!) Two months without my SVX has put me in withdrawl! Anyway... it looks like I am going to have to sue them to get the repair money since other methods have proven useless. I was wondering if anyone here has ever dealt with them? Any information / ammunition people can offer is greatly appreciated.

PENN is garbage
I totally agree. They never covered a thing. I had to pay everything up front and then they would consider paying it. You know how that goes. This company is garbage. Maybe it was more in the hands of the seller telling me they cover everything and me not questioning the warranty before hand. Both were at fault but 3rd party warranties start the "It's not our fault" leading the customers on a wild goose chase. I agree 100% with Suby Fan!
