I personally hate yellow headlights(when driving into oncoming yellow headlights) but love the look of them when they are stationary.

I usually don't like them either, but it's better than being like every integra ricer around here with blue hid wannabe's. These yellow ones light up the road a lot better than the 9006 silverstars they replaced, farther distance too. I'll take some pictures tonight from inside the car (fogs turned off) to show the lighting area.

I just installed the PIAA H3 Ion Crystal fogs the other day. They look super....yellow....pretty cool colored bulb when I removed it from the box.
Apparently it's a 55watt bulb, but the box said 55w = 85 watts.....does that mean they are shining as if it has the same lumens as an 85 watt bulb?

I find it interesting that you chose to go with a yellow headlight, and silverstar fogs (since silverstars are supposed to be so white and all)...isn't that kinda backwards?

I bought silverstars for both, then just bought yellow headlights on a whim because they were right in front of me.. I donno. I'll probably get yellow fogs and put the silverstar headlights back in because I agree, it's opposite.

Yellows good

Hi Ric, I've had yellow in all my cars for the last couple of decades for the reason that every few years here in southeast Michigan we get some bad fog. And yellow is less blinding than white when it bounces off the fog. It also looks cool, and the French require yellow/amber on their cars so i'm not going to tell the French they are wrong. I do like French cooking but Italian is number one and Italians are ambivalent about yellow. Uh Uh, a four sylable word. Take care, BOBB

I had Yellow headlights once on my CRX and got a ticket. The guys said I was not allowed to have my fogs and healights on at the same time. Stupid law as they were just headlights. In France all the rage. Everyone has yellow headlights.

I want to replace my Fogs. PIAA H3 Ion Crystal fogs the way to go as mentioned above? Expensive?

I do indeed own an svx, two of them in fact. One is a stock Laguna 95. The other is my bourdeux 92 which will soon be stage 3 once the first batch rolls out.
