To be able to adjust the idle manually you need to disconnect the cold air bypass valve so that whatever you set the idle at is the same warm or cold. When you do this you need to block off the connection on the throttle body and the connection on the intake boot. To adjust the idle just loosen the set screws on the solenoid of the idle air control valve so you can turn the solenoid. That setting determines the base idle. Whatever you set it at the ecu will maintain. With the stage 3 parts it is purposefully mounted where it is easy to get to. With the stock parts it is purposefully mounted whete it is impossible to get to.

Purchasing a supercharger kit

Sorry to ask a question that I could probably have answered if I read through the 87 pages, but who should I contact about purchasing a stage III supercharger kit?

I think he may be considering a redesign of the stage III. So you might be able to get one, but it may take some time before it is ready.

is it possible to buy a smaller pulley for the supercharger? and can u get a matching water to air intercooler kit or do i have to custom make one?

And you would want a smaller crank pulley because you want to go slower? You cannot run a smaller blower pulley because you would not have enough belt wrap. The crank pulleys that come with the kit are 9psi and 12psi. I am having a larger crank pulley made (15psi).
