What cleaning products do you use???

Does anyone know of any really good tar remover the past driver was going to college in san marcos tx and they had contruction and he got it sprayed all over the right side kinda like when you go threw a pile of muddy water ill post pics tommorow when its daylight, i tried the turtle wax bug and tar and it worked but its not very good i need something really hardcore, or do you know if anyplaces like jiffy lube or something can get it off.
