Anytime is cool with me, but the earlier the better because I will have about a three hour trek home.

I'd like to thank you for your time in organizing this meet. I think that the location, layout, driving route(s) is fantastic. I can't wait. I've always wanted to explore the peuget sound area, and now's my chance.... To you I tip my hat.......

This seems like as good a place as any here to just check in and say "hi."
I got my SVX\ about two weeks ago, a 1992, dark teal, 80K miles. I've wanted one of these cars ever since I bought my Legacy in 1992 and got on Subaru's mailing list. When my Legacy finally was totalled with 340K miles on it, I decided it was time to have some fun. I really love this car. It's the touring edition with the leather seats, sun roof, etc. I live in Sherwood, Oregon, about 12 miles south of Portland. I'd be interested in getting to know any other owners in the greater Portland area. Or farther actually. Long distance driving is suddenly a lot more fun than it used to be. My other wheels these days are a 59 Tbird and a 68 Ford F250 Ranger. Life is good. |

Welcome to the site, you just missed most of the Northwest as they are heading to Seattle for a meet today, wish I could be there.
There are several Portland area members, so why not start a new thread in Northwest section. And introduce yourself, or even under Babble section. This group is very easy going and is realatively small(wonder why) so you will enjoy both the humour and the excellent tech/emotional support. Also check out http://www.geocities.com/troybillett/NorthwestSVX.html And the normal Registry at www.subarusvx.org

Thanks for the NW weather tour: rain (almost hail) to overcast, slightly foggy to almost sunny. We should try the full route in the summer.
