Re: new member from france!

hello!!
thanks for your answers!

The forum has more regular posters in the US.

yes! i think it's also due to the around 10000-15000 /25000 svx sold in the us!
it was a great car on us market!!

in france , ther was only 90 officialy imported by subaru

in europe, the automatic gearboxes are not appreciated, except last SMG2 , SMG3 on BMW (i tested, a real pleasure!!!)

I thought as you are going to homologate your SVX presumably it will be allocated a French number plate. I should imagine that there would be a UK SVX owner willing to buy the L6SVX regn number

yes! as soon as i will have my french regulation, i'll send back the L6svx private plate to istvan, in order that he could sell it!
if someone's interested , contact isti3223!

Bonjour Thierry et bienvenue sur SVX World Network, un français de plus sur ce forum !

svx aussi? On ne doit pas être beaucoup de français ici!!

toured the Loire Valley last year

very nice place, i love it!!
did you visit some castle? and taste wine?

Ireland is number 1 on my next place to visit

+1! You MUST go to Ireland!!!!!
i've been two years ago (2 weeks visiting west coast, from ring of kerry to sligo)!
it's the most beautiful place i've ever seen!
country is fantastic!
i've passed 2 days walking alone in the deep storm on west coast (ring of kerry, killarney), it was impressive, fury of elements , beauty of nature, vision of faery!, then coming to a little irish pub eating an irish stew with a pint of guinness, earing people talking gaelic!!
ruined old churches, towers and castle into sleeping-sun are so beautifull!
citys are nice too! i'v loved dublin and also all little towns on west coast!!
irish people is so nice, helpfull, happy! and then i've seen they like french tourists!
it's also THE place to see beautifull cars! it's where i saw my first impreza type RA (2 doors coupé)! we don't have it in france!

i hope to go again!!!

We were based near a small place called Chateaubriant, and we toured in all directions, including towns like Anger and Le Mans. We did not visit any castles, although we did enjoy the WW2 submarine pens at St Nazaire. We also called to visit a wonderful Auto Museum at Loheac.

We did not do any wine tasting as we avoid alcohol when out on the machines. It's hard enough to manage them sober! At night we did have some wonderful meals and lovely wines.

Oh yeah, I'd go back in a heartbeat.
