Your prettymuch screwed. Best bet is to wet sand that corner with 400 till you break through. Then try to peel that billboard off/out. Continute to wet sand the area with 400 until theres no edge in the clearcoat. Go over that with 600 wet, just to get the scratches out. Then go over it with say... 1200 wet. If you havent broken through the original factory clearcoat by now...you can simply buff the area out. If you've broken through to basecoat, youll have to have the area re-cleared. If such is the case, a few weeks after the clearcoat dries, wet sand the peel out with 1500 and buff it to make it match a bit better

If its the sticker type on a past svx I removed it similarly to debadgeing a car with a heat gun. Took a while but it was worth it.

if it really is under the clear, could've been a bodshop using the rear quarter as a blend panel for a door repair. Stickers and such SHOULD be removed, but if, say, the customer wants that sticker there, like hell a bodyshop will try to mask that off only to have the clear lift at all the edges and the job to return under warrenty.

Like I said..if it IS under the clear, foow my previously posted instructions. If it is actually just stuck on there really good, try a heat gun. If that doesnt work, a rubber wheel will
