i'm sad :(
i woke up this morning to the news that my 13 year old dog passed away. i took her to the vet i use to work for a few days ago because she stopped eating and she couldn't keep anything down. she was very sick. he woke to check on the animals early and found her.
i saw my father yesterday for the first time in 8 years. he looked like hammered horse shiot. it was for a hearing for backed child support. he had to pay my mother a lump sum. now he has no power over the care of my mentally handicapped sister and i am under court order to never contact him again, which is not a problem for me at all. personally i hope he gets 90% body burns and lives to feel the pain. on a good note, i was just invited to join the national honors society for 2 year colleges. so i guess that will look good on a resume. oh and on my way to the bar last night, i caught a glimpse of a sweet svx  Kelli

Sorry to hear about your dog. I know how bad it hurts.
Glad that the dealings with your dad are over. That must be very relieving and sad at the same time. Congrats on the Honor Society. Don't be a stranger 'round here, we all miss you. Doug

I am sorry to hear about your dog. I know how close someone can get to one of those wonderful animals. Congratulations on the school honor. You have worked hard for that. You should be proud of it. Remember, we are family and we are always here for you.

thanks for the support guys. i will be seeing the reading crew this year again. school has just been kicking my butt, i don't have time to do anything anymore. i still plan on buying another svx (my hopes is one day grabbing earl's blue) eventually. just having a rough weekend and needed to vent

Hang in there sweetie. I know how incredibly hard it is to lose a beloved pet. Been there, done that, as they say. I'm glad everything's done with your dad for you at least. And definite congrats on honor society, that's pretty darn cool! Please call me if you need to talk, vent, cry, laugh, etc. Can't wait 'til Reading!!! (what are you wearing?)
