ATTN: Overclockers and computer geeks

Well ive got my system running as good as it can as far as the cpu goes. Its an xp2700+, not the best for ocing but i have it running as follows nice and cool:

Im running the asus A7N8XE- Deluxe nforce 2 board, with 2x512 Geil Duel channel xp3200+ and as far as i can find its past what 99% of people can run without any kind of locking(the duel channel memory i just purchased allowed for it) My question refers to the memory timing, i have it set to "Agressive" and its running as seen nicely. Is there any other suggestions you have in terms of how i have it tuned to how it could be faster. Ive read someplaces that memory timing is important but dont have a whole lot of idea how to tune it up.

Also, ithere are a few options in the bios im not familir with like " CPU SPread Spectrum" and "AGP Spread spectrum" Also, the AGP Aperture i cant seem to find info about. If anyone has a good knowlegde i would appreciate it
thanks alot!
phil

I don't think you want spread spectrum set on - that is for reducing EMI problems - unless you have those.

Here's a site with a reasonable explanation of bios settings

http://arstechnica.com/guide/building/bios/bios-1.html

just got thru the various sections

EDIT: I had a lengthy description typed here before I checked out that link. Just go there, they explained it better than I could.

You'd probably do better dropping your memory speeds just a bit and running a lower CAS latency. You might have to drop your FSB to keep everything synced up, though.
