Emblem Confusion
My 95 SVX is missing the side emblems (I know it had them at one time, cause dust sticks to the side of my car in the shape of SVX where they should be) so i went to the parts counter at the local subaru dealer for them. Only thing is, they had 3 different parts listed for that location, one was "Red SVX Emblem", one was "Gold SVX Emblem", and the other was "SVX Emblem Embossed" i ordered the embossed ones. The parts lady said she thought those were the ones i was looking for. But what are these other emblems? I'd order one of each, but at $20 a piece i cant justify doing to just to see what they are. Anyone know anything?

I just happened to notice that on your sig you mention your transmission cooler, which you list as '19,000 GVWs.'
Doesn't the GVW stand for gross vehicle weight? If it does, why are you pluralizing it?

Not sure about the side tags. If you don't want dust, you can clean the glue off. I took mine off. I like the cleaner look that way. Also, I love confusing people and making them say what the hell is that thing that he is driving?

i guess it just looks gramatically weird?
i did know what GVW stood for but it just looks weird to write "19,000 GVW"? sorry.....Mr. Pockets but that is the only reason. guess it bothered you, huh?

A. Yes, the embossed emblems are the ones you want.
B. Gross Vehicle Weight, is correct for GVW. C. And, no, it should not be pluralized. I'm Baaaaaack!
