I wonder what the sad story on this is...

The power steering pump might still be good...

"As-is, where is?" Are they kidding? Who'd want it? That's what you call a total loss.

Re: Sad scorched SVX...

There is not a single usable part on that car. It will end up getting crushed. I believe they are obligated to put it up for auction first. I could be wrong though.
Also, look at the nasty rust holes in the door.

No the gas cap is not there !!! - they threw it away as they placed the rag into the fuel filler area!!!!

Man I have never seen such a sad car in my life, but what makes me curious is "how they got the VIN info"

The right rear rim is completely melted off and the right front began to melt. I would not want anything off this car, even if given to me.

Must have been a hell of a fire to melt and warp the body like that. Probably burned out before fire crews even saw it.

...Are those "speed holes" in the rear bumper beam factory? (Joking but also serious question)

Re: Sad scorched SVX...

most bumpers look like that after you take off the plastic cover. saves weight to have the wholes in it, dimple die for strength and cut out what you don't need.

I remark on it because it was a fad for ricers for a while, at least when I was in Phoenix, only they cut out the plastic as well.
