License Plate

i'm gonna get this svx... if i have to sell my stocks to do it buy low pass on high, and sell low....

now, i'm gonna get a new lic plate.

i figure i may as well go custom
help me decide what to have it say

Nomad,

Tell us the model year and exterior color of the SVX that you plan to buy. Also tell us a little about yourself ( ie, first name, gender age, hobbies, likes, dilikes, occupation, height, weight, hair/eye color, etc.) . Then we can suggest names that are more appropriate to both you and the car.

The names of the cars listed in the signiture block below are on the plates on the cars. "AH SO" was originally on the plate on a white, '84 Supra.

i work at a bank
the svx is a 95 and it's green
i enjoy cars, and money
i like computers but would rather not put something about that on my car
i'm coming from an outback sport (see for sale section)

i was thinking about something like NOT OBS or NON-OBS
something to proclaim my moving up in the world.

Brad, maybe it's just me, but I don't think moving up from an Outback Sport is enough of a big deal that you need to proclaim it on your license plate.

If you haven't thought of anything to put on your plate yet, don't worry about it. Get a regular number plate. I haven't put personalized plates on any of my cars because I haven't thought of anything important that I want the plates to say.

That's my advice - save your money until you come up with one that means something to you.

I do notice a slight pattern that might be helpful though. You work at a bank, you like money, and the SVX will be green (green symbolizes money, right?).

There's got to be some catchy double meaning saying that can be put on a plate about all that. I just can't think of any right now.

unfortunately i don't have much of it

i'm thinking about getting the car painted a different green than the stock green, mike's color is nice, but too blue for my tastes

deffinately gonna replace the hood w/ a CF hood tho
gotta put this car on a diet.

Sorry, I forgot to ask. How many letters/digits are you allowed to have on your vanity plate in your state. Also do you need both front and back plates. What are the plate colors?

I'v seen 'SVX-33L' and mine is 'SVX-33H'

Someone bought 'SVX' a few weeks before I got my SVX - and that plate had sat available for two years!!!

The injustice!!

How about 'SVX -23A' - the model designation code for the SVX in the US market

it's in pennsylvania
the colors are blue on a white background with yellow at the top edge and blue at the bottom
and i believe i can fit 8 char's
