front diff parts and prices

I am still trying to decide the smartest route for my 92 lsl, and the main holdup is I need the price and availability of the front diff bearings and a whole assembly worst case scenario. Please help!
Also any feedback on the 5 speed conversion?! I know of only two shops in the chicago area that specialize in subaru and seem capable of the conversion, and they don't seem totally sure what it would take etc. i.e.o I need to change to wrx 5spd and should the rear come from the same car? thanks.
