party friday. madison wi.

just want to announce that the student organization i'm in is renting out sidecar (127 e. miffline) this friday for a party.

fri. feb. 28
9pm - 2am (free beer and appetizer from 9-1030)
$5 at the door (door prizes, first come first serve)
$1 raffle tix (portions of proceed goes to a good cause)

feat. dj. penetration and dj tsm

This is just a suggestion, but you might want to include what 'student organization' is funding the party, and what 'good cause' the raffle proceeds are going to.

It's possible that they filmed portions of either or both of the movies here, but I've never heard anything about it. They certainly didn't shoot the beach scenes from the second movie here.

Where'd that question come from?

I actually had American Pie in my hands last night at Borders. I was perusing their DVD selection and almost bought that one. I put it back, realizing that 24 was on in an hour.

apalsa/salsa (asian/south asian law students) is hosting the party, but its open to everyone over 21 who's willing to spend 5 bucks....
um... the good cause.... its for a scholarship we're working on to promote diversity in the law school... as much i would like it to be my personal tranny fund, its not... but it is a good cause, thus me sacraficing drinking time to 'work' the party...

and because its not for my personal tranny fund, svx owners won't be able to get in for free.... sorry....

hopefully it'll be a good turn out...

american pie

actually, i know for a fact that part of american pie 2 was filmed with shots of Grand Haven Michigan in it...i remember seeing the state park there, but the parts with the actors was definately not Grand Haven.
