lighting
Greetings!!
Can anyone suggest higher output bulbs for the high and low beams as well as the fog lights? Maybe mine need adjusting, but my low beams and fog lights togther seem to put out more light than the high beams. Rather than replacing two of the bulbs, I figured I'd just replace them all...but I don't want to put something in that will melt the fixtures. Thanks!!

Re: Lighting
I've had good luck at this site. Lots of info. Their PIAAs on all my fronts have lasted 2 yrs. Also consider if you need the alternator wiring upgrade. B.

For the fog light, I recommand PIAA crystal-Ion bulbs. They are costly but they shine out as yellow. Why put those in? I hate morons that think that I have my high beams on. As for tail lights, I replaced mine with a a panel of 60 LEDs per bulb. Those are not the whimpy 8 LED 1157 replacement things. Now, I have lights that are bright And they are quick to light up as well. Lwin

Lwin,
Is there a source for the 60 led panel, or were those custom? If custom, could you get a schematic? |
