#1 there is no reason a tire on a stock SVX wheel should rub in the rear at all. ESPECIALLY while suspended. Secondly, maybe you should bring it back to the people who "rebuilt" it and laugh horendously in their faces. If you are leaving 30ft strips of rubber, you are also leaving your gear box with 30ft of I don't give a flying crap about my transferclutches in there.

The tires are oversized.

I have intended for a long time to go back to get info about what they did exactly, because they made it apparent they only do transmission work, and didn't give two ****s about my diffs and probably know little concerning the electronics.
He did get in a snide "It's just a Pathfinder transmission, it's not very tough so be easy on it" comment the day I picked it up.

But if you recall, back in late 04 I was still pretty SVX dumb and didn't know anything about any solenoids.
Summer 05 is when I burned out, but trust me I care way more now than I ever have. I drive sensible and try not to damage anything or let people I don't know work on the car.

This sounds pretty much like what was encountered Sat on the dyno. The rear wheels wouldn't do anything till the dyno laoded the fronts more. My only question is, why would a 96 SVX have no issue and my 92 have an issue?

maybe your TPS is out of adjustment?? Just a thought. I think everyone should test their TPS voltage regularly, it is the most simple test once you have installed a lead.

That is one of my recent objectives. I've been around looking for a good cheap multimeter but could never find one.
I think I know someone who has one so I'll see if I can figure it out this weekend.
