Just gathering some information for a possible long-term SVX commitment
How many hours a week do you spend working on your SVX for maintenance, repairs and/or upgrades?

Less than 1 on average but I've also spent more than 8 hours in one day.

It is usually just maintenance and other stuff I want to do like wax, clean windows etc. Not all that much to do unless it is something major.

Can we get voting option in days, please. Of course most of the time is testing Stage III stuff and associated modds, not regular maintenance.

Does jacking up the car and just laying under it on a creeper, daydreaming count towards the total?
I guess for me it is cyclic Sometimes I go for months maintenance free Sometimes I am under her every weekend.

This is one of them win or lose things. Alot of people put in hundreds of thousanbds of hours into just fixing the broken stuff...but I think mopst people dot have much reliability issues. Its been said before, so Ill say it again...alot of your matinence scedule will be based on the previous owner.
Also, the best preventative maintanance is not treating the svx like a race car (Unless of course, you have it properly prepared for such a thing)

Number 1 in my opinion is misdiagnoses where it only needed a solenoid replaced, etc.
