how much to get the good ole windows tinted?

i heard some people go by doors and not windows but the shops around here go by windows and 9 well most cars dont have 9. so i was wonderin how mu ya'll paid to get the winders tinted

I don't have an exact amount but if I had to guess it would be around CAD$300. I actually paid for mine by working on their computer systems.

mine were $150. I CHECKED DIFFERENT PLACES BETWEEN 150-200. YOU HAVE TO LOOK AROUND BECAUSE OUR WINDOWS ARE KIND OF CURVE AND THAT MAKE IT HARDER. A PLACE MAY CHARGE YOU MAYBE 20 BUCKS MORE BUT THEIR WORK MAYBE A LOT BETTER SO BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING THE CHOICE.

Got mine done for about $120 but afterwards the guy said they'd never do another one for that cheap.

I ended up paying $300, as I had to go the the resident tinting "guru" in the county I live in to have it done -- the shop I took it to first referred me to him after they spent 3 hours only to throw their hands up and admit they couldn't do it....

my friends uncle does it for a living and i want it to be 20% tint but he will give me a discount since i know my friend. the thing is he doesnt know how many windows i have so im wondering about that

i would expect to pay anywhere between 200-300 dollars. I think they have to cut 2 different sheets or something because of our windows.

They don't need any more film than normal. If they're smart they will cut along the split in the windows and use each piece for each window.

That sounds about right. Could probably get it done for less if you dont mind gaps, tint that turns purple or specs of dirt. I'm too picky for the cheap stuff.
