Check Engine and ABS Light

Hey guys, I got a question, I mean really two questions. My Check engine light and was acting funny since few days. It comes on and goes off while driving. Sometimes it even stay all the way. I didn't get time to get it checked, what could be the problem??
Today my "ABS" light came on and stayed all the way from DC to baltimore (my home). What should I do?? Should I take it to dealer or take it to Mineke??
let me know

The check engine light could be a number of things. There is a panel by the drivers foot hat comes off. Connecting the proper lead lets you read the memory in the cars ECU. Search around on diagnostic for prior posts. The ABS system can also be checked. Two possible problems are O2 sensors and speed sensors. Engine Control Unit (ECU) Transmission Control Unit (TCU).
Using the service manual I checked the codes. This indicated my O2 was acting up (sometimes) and I have replaced both my O2 sensors now. NO more does the engine light come on. I haven't had a ABS trouble light.

There's also a self diagnostic for the ABS light -- instructions are in the "How-to" personal locker.

Sorry, Ravi. I thought this was included with the other diagram. The terminal is in the left kick panel to the left of your leg when you're setting n the drivers seat. You'll need to pull off that kick panel to find the terminals, then, hook up as instructed here:
