Unhappy O/T - Shuttle Pics

I don't know how many have seen these. My uncle forwarded them to me from a friend he used to work with who is now in the DOJ.

The pics were taken from an Israeli satellite and later forwarded to the U.S.

Click below to go to my locker and check the 'Shuttle Pics' folder.

p.s. - To those waiting for response(s) from me, I'll try to catch up soon, I'm extremely busy right now. I just thought I'd share these ...

Beav, I just read about those pics on an urban legends site. They're actually frames from the movie "Armageddon".

Not to mention the fact that the pics aren't at all consistent with the altitude at which the shuttle broke up. The shuttle was deep in the atmosphere when contact was lost and breakup and a satallite at that altitude would've suffered the same fate. Time to ask for his friend's credentials.

Yeah, I got to thinking about them after I dashed out to run some errands. Funny thing was they came with a DOJ link attached. Not having the time to peruse that site I stuck them in here assuming they must have some legitamcy attached to them. So I guess I have some 'assume' egg stuck on my face. *holds out back of hands for Sister Mary Margaret to crack my knuckles with her ruler*

Plus the position of the shuttle in relation to the camera taking the pictures never changes. If the shuttle was decending then so would be the camera.
