Is your washer bottle leaking ?
if it is, and you think you need a new bottle or the old one is cracked, try replacing just the grommet where the pump fits
in near the bottom subaur part # 686223030 its fixed my problem cost about $5

My washer bottle leaks. It leaks right onto my windshield every time I push a little button. Someday I plan on investigating this phenomenon.........
