Product Comparison - Paint Sealants

Over the course of the last three years I've tried a few different waxes and sealants. In this thread I'd like to compare Meguiar's NXT and Liquid Glass.

Common to both products: Available in almost every chain parts store around here - I get mine at Advance Auto. Extremely easy on/off routine. Wipe it on, wipe it off after it hazes up, can apply to the whole car and start taking it off by the time you get around to where you started. Does not seem to stain black plastic even though I make an effort to not get it on there, sometimes the best laid plans....)

NXT strong point. Looks the most like a carnuba wax of the sealants I've tried - deeper & wetter shine - more important for the darker colors.

NXT weak point. Lasts only about twice as long as the average wax job.

Liquid Glass strong point. Lasts six plus months.

Liquid Glass weak point. Like many sealants, looks more like a layer of plastic wrap was put on than a wax - definitely shiny, just not "wet" looking. For silver (wife's 4Runner) & the lighter colors (daughter's pearl white ES300) it's not really noticeable - but on my Ebony SVX (and Son's Red pearl Acura) the contrast between these two products is easily seen.
