armrest panel ripping???

Just wondering how many others have had the back part of the armrest rip on them. Mine, and my moms, both have started to... mines pretty bad, and i'm looking into what kind of CD storage i could put in there. Anyone else had this problem. Its like the lid thing sticks to the part behind it and pulls it up to, cause it to rip,(maybe only when its really cold??) just wondering
