You may have the best luck by doing a ecu re-set.
Remove neg bat terminal, (to accelerate power drain of caps, touch the un hooked neg cable to the batt pos terminal) or just what a while. A while as in 15 minutes or so. that clears the ecu of it's learning curve and allows the car to begin to set things strait as far as ignition and fuel maps go in relation to what the motor has been doing for the last X number of miles. I am not that good at explaining things! 1. disconnect batt 2. re-connect batt 3. drive it normal for a day or so 4. not knowing why you replaced just 1 plug, you may or may not know if the mystery prob is fixt (did you just replace a random plug? why that one? coil pack okay? what are your issues?)

Going to bed soon, so I will just throw this out there:
You have ?# miles on your plugs. Don't look at things on the car as parts, but rather as systems. If 1 is worn out and giving problems, the others are soon to follow. Replace all of the plugs at the same time. It isn't too fun, but not really that hard. Also look for voltage leak on the coil boot and the coil itself as well as cracks in the coil case. Unless someone can show this to you it may be hard to spot. they (voltage leaks) appear as white spots in the black material. I realize you got a code and that is a good thing, but there may be other things that may be off as well. Example being a cracked airbox housing can cause a o2 code because the maf is being insulated w/ dust...
