fuel line repair options?

when thinking that i only needed a new rubber fuel line between the 2 metal fuel lines turns out the metal fuel line was cracked so i cut it and plugged both ends

should i replace the entire fuel line(body side) or just run a longer rubber hose to connect the 2?

btw does anyone have the fuel line diagram and part numbers? its not in the basic online manal(that i can see)

Re: fuel line repair options?

When mine went bad, I cut off the bad section of metal line, then ran the rubber line further and clamped it to the good section.

Re: fuel line repair options?

Be sure to use the good rubber gas line (made for gas ) not the cheap rubber tubing

Re: fuel line repair options?

When you go to the parts store, specifically request fuel injection hose. Then you'll get the right stuff.
