stock 1/4 mile runs

my car has 264000kms on it and i went to the track with my friends for a test and tune night and my best run was 16.803
i was wondering how other people's stock SVXs are running for a 1/4mile

Something is wrong with your car, man.. I did 15.6 in 2005 when mine was in poor shape. :/

good to know, i'm gonna change my spark plugs/diff oil/and run some seafoam through it
other than that i wouldnt know what else would be wrong

His is a 94, The 92's and 93's were quicker than the other years. Or at least that is what I have heard, someone with more knowledge may be able to confirm or know different.

maybe, well i think since the day was like +30 some Celcuis it didnt help at all either, but i'll change some fluids and spark plugs and go to the next test and tune night

My tranny was practically blown up and in FWD with drag on the rear wheels not to mention a couple other problems. I don't think a stock SVX in good condition runs slower than 16.

Have you checked to see the throttle cable is adjusted properly. Get someone to push the pedal down to the floor and then check that the throttle comes fully open. This is by far the most common reason for reduced power.
