Auto seat belts disable

Can someone tell me if and how to disable the auto-seat belt retractors? A switch or something is broken. After I turn off the key, a claketing goes on on the driver's side which eventually runs down the battery! Can I disable it by pulling one of the fuses? Any troubleshooting advice?
TIA

If I'm not mistaken you can get to the plug for the motor under the backseat. Just take the seat out and fish around, make sure you don't unplug the switch for the rear windows as they are the same.
