*...Key Fob for my car?...*

I just got a Claret 92 LS-L and it didnt have the remote for the keyless entry. Is there a way to buy one of these that will work with the factory system? And if so, where would I buy one and how do I program it? Thanks in advance.

Ken

Welcome to the family, Ken!

Many members here have spare factory remotes that you may be able to buy. The part number for a new factory remote is SOA386R317. Available from subaruparts.com at the employee pricing sale for $44.05 plus shipping.

The remotes from keylessride are much better designed and constructed and smaller than the original factory remotes, as well as being cheaper.

They also have programming instructions that are identical and program without any problems. They are available on ebay.

Also check the How-to documents for more information on programming remotes and security system operation.
