Alright, found the hose you were talking about (this picture was taken today). It is relatively easy to get to, and as long as it doesn't give me any troubles coming off, it should work like a charm. I'm going to try to do it with the car warm first. Will unplugging this line cause the car to die? Also, is this just another 1/8" line like the other ones, if you know?
If this does indeed remove my check engine light and code, I will post a new thread for everyone to read that has the same issue, as I've seen quite a few posts about this same thing. Thanks for all the help!

Yep that's the right hose, and I don't think enough air will flow through it to kill it if it was open. It is a 1/8' ID hose. Funny thing - I got a code 34 last night too. So I guess I'll be trying this myself soon.

When you do it, you will have to open the thottle a bit to get vacuum on that line, as it is still controlled by the port in the throttle body.

BUMP. Guys. It didn't work. I revved it all the way to 4500rpm's just to make sure the throttle was open, but nothing. :[ Didn't suck at all. My car [doesn't] sucks.

Hmm. Probably the solenoid wasn't open. There might be a way to trick it into opening by grounding the EGR pin at the ECU. (The solenoid has +12V switched power to it, and is switched on/off by being grounded at the ECU, a bit counter-intuitive). Want to try?

This is so both of these emission units only work at cruise. Yes the solenoid would be closed as it opens when the engine is at normal temp. Harvey.

So do I just let it idle? Won't it only open at cruising speed? This is getting way too complicated. I think I'll just use the bigger hose over the middle of the throttle body. Is there an easy way to just take the EGR out and clean the bastard with my hands? This is way too much trouble for it :[
