Really can use some help here

ok first, my car has been shaking/wobbling at high speeds, more then just an off balanced tire, and i think it actually gets a little worse when i let off the gass at those speeds. two things i know of for sure that i need, my driver cv acxle is clicking so its needing to be replaced, and something just blew up essentially yesterday and threw fluid every where, assuming it was my ps pumnp or rack seeing as the ps just went out. But the wobble is pretty intense and am in need of some assistance to figure out what it is.

Re: Really can use some help here

Sounds like a prop shaft, either the centre bearing or one of the CV joints.

Can you feel it through the car more than the steering wheel?

Re: Really can use some help here

It could be the axle. Since you know that is bad anyway, replace it and see if that solves the vibration.

Have you checked your ball joints and tie rod ends?

Re: Really can use some help here

Have you had the wheels balanced, might be as simple as you have lost a weight and at the same time they can see if you have a serious problem with an out of shape or ballooning tyre.
