SSM connector location ?

I have bought an Evoscan two headed cable for my '91 JDM, loaded up the software onto my MacBook Air running Bootcamp & Windows 7 Home.

After spending about 1/2 an hour on my back with my head in my drivers side footwell with a torch I can't find anything to plug into.

Can someone smarter than me please offer some pointers as to where I can find the diagnostic connector ?

Colour ?
Location ?
Does it need to be unplugged from something or is it hanging loose ?

Thanks, Shane

Shane it is behind the cover to the right of the accelerator, pull the cover off and you will see two plugs, they may still be all bound together. The black plug is the one. Plug the white Evo cable plug, into the black one.

Harvey.
