is my auto on the stuffed?

hey guys. ive noticed over the last 5 or so weeks my svx been running weird.
but the other week it just would take for ever to change up to top. it you wanted to boot it to get up to speed it would just slip and redline.
even if you driving along slowly it would take an while to get there since your have to give it an wee bit of power then ease ur foot off till it changes then give it wee bit of power or it just slip again.
is my auto shot? it was rebuilt just before i got it. which is just over an year or so. it has been rebuilt coz i got receipts for it.
and i bearly drive it once an week not even that.
whats could be wrong with the auto? its has got an oil cooler added to keep the auto fuild cooler. i drive it extra carefully when its cold too.

How's the fluid level/colour?

Does it act the same in all gears?

i had it left in drive. i cant remember if it slipped in 1, 2,3 . the fluid was lowish but i topped that up and still slipped badly
