Can anyone identify this hose?

I know where it goes but I need to know the part #. It's an elbow hose that connects to something right next to where the oil dipstick goes into the oil pan. It's the smaller coolant hose 7/8" in diameter and 5" long which attaches to a metal tube from above that runs up and under the intake manifold.

I just found this how-to and I believe it's the one on the bottom right that says HG11101? I can't seem to find that part online. Can anyone help? I don't know where to look for this. I went to a couple of places in walking distance but it seems they're all useless so I may just have to order the part from the Subaru dealership. I provided a picture below as well.

Call Liberty Subaru in NJ, their parts people will be able to get you the right one. Just let them know it is the smaller of the two. It probably wouldn't hurt to replace both at this point.

I tried to use bulk hose for that and the bend is to short and created a kink.

Thank you Just got back from ordering them at the local Subaru dealership. I swear the guy who works there is clueless though.

On another note don't try patching a hose with a rubber repair kit.. it doesn't work :P
