Power? Steering

The steering light has been on since a did an engine swap. I have changed the pump and the rack is fine. The system doesn't leak. I just don't have power steering. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I know that when I learning how to do the giagnostics I turned off the PS. The terminals are in the driver side kick wall. It could be something with the computer or maybe with the wires to the rack. You may have to check that nothing got damaged during the install, maybe a wire got crushed.
