Book of Interest to those Technical
In the hope that it will prove of interest, I make available on line, a book which i have published/edited/written.
N.B. the site and presentation has been arranged by member Phil b31ha. Have a quick look. Go to ---- http://ralphwatson.1500mb.com Print it off for your own use by all means, but please abide by the copyrights. I hope I will be excused from posting here, as it is unlikely that those who could be most interested often visit the "Not Exactly SVX" section.

Trevor,
Nice. How long did it take you to pull everything together, edit it, and get it published? -Bill

I must have worked on it over a period of say 18 months I would guess. A lot of old stuff in hard copy had to be scanned and run through text recognition software, which is not very accurate therefore requiring a lot of sorting out. However it was a fun project for my old mate. Cheers, Trevor.

Hi Trevor
Hi Trevor
It's good to see you still frequenting the forums on here. Just that picture on the first page pricked my interest, so I'll be reading the whole thing as soon as I can. I remember very well our brief meeting in the airport lounge in Auckland, you are truely a man of many tallents, and I'm sure you have done your friend and his acheivements proud with this publication. Best regards Phil.

I well remember our get together Dec. 2002 and hope you may have business down this way again and with more time to spare. Knowing your interests I am sure you will find many parts of the book worth reading. Old Ralph is sadly in the last stages of Parkinson's Disease and four of us are traveling down to Te Aroha in the Waikato, on Thursday to see him. He is in a very nice hospital there. You were down that way so will know the area. We have been doing this regularly, in style, always in one or another Subaru. Cheers, Trevor.

Something new
Hi Trevor, When you take your last breath you hope your friends will be there, and I think Ralf will have no worries on that score. The parts of the book I read were while it was printing out the rest but I found it quite interesting and will get right on it after I get eight hours under my belt as its a little after three AM now. I think Ralf Watson will be much better known In the USA as a result of your book. Take care, BOBB

At the risk of being labeled self seeking, I have brought this thread forward, as some who could be interested may have passed it by.

OBITUARY After suffering from Parkinson's Disease and being in care for more than eighteen months, Ralph Watson sadly passed away peacefully on the 23rd August 2006. He is sadly missed by his many friends.
