Power lock switch on a 92?

Hey guys and gals,
I want to convert over to the gray dash to replace the purple wood. Can I retrofit the door lock switch from a 93+? It would make the door locks much more conveniant. Thanks guys.

if you unlock or lock the drivers door on the inside it automatically unlocks/locks the passenger side on a 92

how do u unlock or lock the driver door (using the knob switch thing??) I just rember I piled 8 people (3 girls and 4 guys) into my svx without a major issue obviously was uncomfortable but no one was like on the door side or mid consol but my friend tried to open the door from the passenger side and I unlocked it from the outside and it didnt work looked unlocked but wasnt opening and the switch wouldnt budge up or down so i tried to do it on the outside and over on that side nothing finally my friend just opens it from the inside it was wierd

(off topic but for the power belts is it only one about 4x5 inch ECU box or is there one for each side?)

the lock/unlock thing on the inside of the door - the one that slides up and down. If you slide it either way on the drivers side then the passenger side will automatically do the same.

So it should work,...right?

I should just need to tap into the respective wires correct? It is just a momentary contact switch so it should work like turning a key. Somebody's done this before I hope..
