Running out of engines

We have been swapping our 4EAT's for 5 speeds. What is the possability of swapping our 3.3's for the new 250 HP 3.0's?
I was lucky enough to find a low mileage engine when my head gaskets went for the second time. With over 90,000 on my second engine I know I won't be as lucky the next time.
The new 3.0's have timing chains. No belt changes!!

Swapping in the new 3.0L H6 w/ 250hp can be done and it'll bolt right up to either the 4EAT or 5 speed trans. The biggest pain will be installing the electrical wiring/harness to run the new ECU!!!

An adapter would be a hard piece to fabricate as the two engines are completely different. You have to remember, the new 3.0L H6 has variable valve timing as well as other improvements which won't be found in our older EG33's...

P.S. You would be better off buying a used low mileage EG33 and before installing the engine, replace all engine gaskets/seals and vacuum lines and maybe do a few power upgrades (performance camshafts, extrude & polish intake manifold & headers, etc.)
