Was the lady talking on a cell phone while she flashed?

The boob didn't even phase the pitcher... Guess he's seen better in his days!

So is the FCC going to fine MLB for indecency??? I mean afterall a boob was seen on Live TV........Someone needs to think of the poor children who were "exposed" to such things
