Brown relay under dash?

Ok so was installing new valve cover gaskets last night and finished with some sucsess when I was done I started it when I closed the hood it just died so checked the things I took apart to do the gaskets everything it in the right place and plugged and what not so i go try and start it and just a crank not start but did notice a noise from under the dash determined it was coming from the brown relay close to the module WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS RELAY? Can't hear the fuel pump prime when I turn the key like usual and I can't really find any accurate wiring diagrams from Mitchell or alldata so maybe some one here can help me

I believe that is the starter inhibitor relay mentioned in this thread. I've replaced mine in the past.
