Crank Pulley rubbing...

My crank pulley rubs on the passenger side of the timing belt cover. At first I thought it was because it was going bad, but I replaced it with one from the junk yard. Then that still rubbed, so I picked up a Perrin Lightweight pulley. That rubbed even worse.

After some common sense reasoning, I believe that the reason it is rubbing is because it's only tensioned one side. I don't have an A/C Compressor installed because the one that came on the car was seized. So there is only the PS/Alt belt installed. I think that is the cause of my problem.

Does anyone have ideas on how to solve this? One would be to get an AC Compressor and install it, just not hook anything up. But would that cause it to seize as well?

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Matthew
