Sighting in Everett

Yesterday morning (7/26), around 530 am, I saw a Black over Claret at the interesection of Hwy 99 and 128th St in South Everett.

I slowed down to say something, but the occupants were to engrossed in the music to notice me, so I took off, besides, I was just too tired.
