Are you sure that younger idiots that buy 350lb 2 wheeled Hondas and never get a license or training then become "veggies" of the state didnt contribute also?
These people will be on the States budget for the rest of their lives.
Where as a older rider will probably pass away not long after a accident.
Family is more liable to pull the plug on a older person than younger one.
Either way, all riders have a responsibility to learn how to control whatever they own. And do it in a fashion that doesnt make the rest of society look down upon them.
