Stevebsy, after working 43 hours in 3 days, I finally understand why this project is moving so slowly.

Take your time, I'm sure we'll all still be here and by then, maybe we'll have some money saved.

Revived due to spare time :O

Well..guess I better get to work again...I've managed to cut back from 60 to just 45 hours a week now, so I'm getting back to work on these things.

Final pricing and delivery times will be announced shortly.

Is everyone happy enough with the design to shell out the $$? I'm still not 100% sure, but I think mine will be 1 piece vs the 2 piece prototype prototype skirt shown here:

So..who's in, assuming I can get these done before their 3rd birthday :O

Okay, I skipped a bunch of pages in this thread, so please forgive me if this has already been covered...

How many sets are you planning on making?

I don't even have an SVX to put 'em on, but I'd be in to get a set to have for future use. =P

Hence my asking.

After what I hope is a good initial run, then I will only make them as needed, but they should be available nearly forever. However they will probably cost a little more. I'm still figuring out the materials, labor, etc.. to come up with a reasonable price.

If I ever need a new bumper, it will come from Stevebsy. I'd shell out 500 for it in a heartbeat.
As for the sides, they are nice, but I would have to have 300 just kinda lieing around, but there is a laundry list of things my car needs, prices far exceeding the value of the kit.

I'm glad I left my deposit on them from years ago. They look fantastic! Looks like I get the first set, right?

Stevebsy, I have a little question for you, are the front bumper and the side panels all made out of FG? or you just added the lower bar shape out of FG over the OEM plastic panels?
If you can do molds for those to become completely out of FG (along with the side plastic panels) and if possible doing each side with two pieces, that would be a looooooooooooooot better

My front bumper is a complete piece, not a add-on like the Deltaspeed parts.

Also, the sides will be complete replacement pieces.

I'm still not 100% sure that 1 piece side panels will work, so they might wind up being 2 pieces on each side. We'll see....

Is the picture at the top of the page the two peice? If so, that is fine with me. Looks very OEM.

ME WANT SKIRTS! (for the car, that is )

They look great...I am very interested.
I say keep them 2 piece...cheaper to ship, easier to get fitted and if people really wanted one piece it wouldn’t take much to mold them together after mounting.
